Colorado Inventor's Showcase 2009 – DaVinci Institute Teaches Inventors How to Market Ideas

We’ve all had a great idea for a new invention, but most of us have no idea what to do next. Inventors from all over the Rocky Mountain region gathered on the University of Denver campus to participate in the Colorado Inventor’s Showcase sponsored by the DaVinci Institute. I’ve always enjoyed attending the event as a guest judge or as a reporter covering the story. We featured three inventors and their creations on the 4 O’Clock Show at 9News earlier today.

The Colorado Inventor Showcase is one of those rare opportunities to meet the inventors, feel the intensity of their spirit, touch their creations, and learn more about their successes and struggles to bring their inventions to the marketplace. Steve, I occasionally see your articles and find them interesting. I’m attending the Davinci Institute Inventors Showcase on Nov. 5 showing a connector that lets you build a geodesic dome frame. The little people love the small sizes so we’ll be emphasising the inventions use as playground equipment for ages 3-6. I hope to see you there.
