Once you receive your order, you have 30 days to return it for a prompt refund (issued in the same method of payment as the original payment) or replacement. Depending on the condition of a used or damaged product, store credit may be issued instead of a full refund. Gift order recipients can receive replacements or store credit. We recommend that you return items via an insured and trackable mail service. Refused packages will be refunded less any shipping fees we have incurred.
