Current Free Shipping Promotion
Our current US free shipping promotion is for orders over $99, and they are shipped out via FedEx SmartPost. Please check delivery times for each ship method during checkout. Free shipping is available to US customers only.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Use the information provided below to make the best decision for your shipping needs.
NOTES REGARDING DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Allow up to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for your order to be processed.
For details, see the FedEx Ground Shipping map.
Express orders received before 12:00 PM Mountain Time will be shipped out the same day.
Express orders received after 12:00 PM Mountain Time will be shipped out the next business day.

Allow up to 12 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, for your order to be processed.
Steve Spangler Science is not responsible for Duties and Customs on international orders.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS:
Typical business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders are only processed and shipped on business days.
FedEx Smartpost will deliver to a P.O. Box, as US Mail will deliver the package to its final destination.
All other FedEx options will require a street address, as they do not deliver to a P.O. Box
FedEx does not deliver on holidays. Ground Home delivers Tuesday through Saturday; Ground Business delivers Monday through Friday.
Deliver to Military Addresses
For orders going to APO / FPO addresses, we can only ship using USPS Priority Mail. Please note that the “Track Your Order” capability is not available for items sent to APO / FPO addresses. Steve Spangler Science is responsible only for the delivery of your items from our distribution center to the U.S. military post offices. Once the items have been delivered to the U.S. military post offices, we do not have control over the shipment or delivery time to the final APO / FPO destination.
Refund Shipping Costs
If you paid for expedited delivery and did not receive your package on time, you may be eligible for a shipping refund. Please contact us for more information.
The notice from your carrier should have a phone number on it that you can call to reschedule delivery. If you choose this option, make sure that you’re around when your package arrives again.
Once the carrier has attempted delivery at the shipping address, you will have the option to pick up the package at your carrier’s local office. The package will only be released to the person whose name is on the shipping label. That person should take one form of ID, a government issued photo ID (e.g., drivers license, passport, residency card).
Damaged during shipment
Contact us immediately if your package was damaged during shipping. Please keep all of the packaging materials.
