Insta worms were great, jelly spheres were a hit but clear plastic bucket leaked right away

We're sorry about any confusion involving the bucket, but it is not watertight. It's for that reason that, in the instructions, we include jars, bowls, and other containers. We don't want you making a mess by trusting the buckets! We're glad you liked all of the experiments, though.
