My little nephew loves everything science. When I asked him what activities he’d like to do during summer break, he said this bucket of science and also to surprise him with an experiment he’s not done before. He also gets kiwi boxes each month, so this was a bit of a mind bender. We decided on a physics experiment kit. We hope he loves learning about physics and electricity – which at this stage, we think that’s a safe bet.

How have these been use in a classroom setting? I am usually trying to have students perform the lab, or at least watch my demo and answer thought provoking questions or complete a lab report. Any ideas or suggestions would be helpful. I have 7th graders as the oldest group this could be used with. My 8th graders would be too old.

This is correct. It is a very well-written instruction guide. If there is anything you need to provide, it will be outlined on the first page of the booklet. It should only be things like water, oil, and other items you have around the household.

The Big Bucket of Science is perfect for children as young as 5. It offers such great variety of experiments for them to test and see what they enjoy the most. The only test tube we currently offer by itself is the Insta-Snow Test Tube for $2.99 each.

Really fun set of test tube experiments for kids. I liked that there is more than one of some of the tubes, but also felt that sone were added to fill space without extra cost (mentos & extra garden seeds). Overall though a good, fun purchase for my children

My grandkids and adult kids love to get these test tube experiments in their stockings. I also gave them out to my co-workers one year and they loved them. My granddaughter was able to cook and eat one of the ears of corn from the grow a plant test tube. The deer got the rest 🙂 I have given the extra catalogs I receive in the packages to co-workers with children. Hopefully you are getting many more orders.
