I was beyond disappointed with this product. I purchased it with the idea of showing to the students at the science fair. Well if they didn't have a magnify glass they couldn't see it. Not to mention that it is so easily broken. It comes in a nice size box and then when you open it you find that it is no larger than your pinky at best. Not worth the money at all.

This was a cute and simple example of soalr power for the young. They were able to out him outside and watch him move, then cover him with their shadow and make him stop. Simple and to the point. Thanks!

We have fallen in love with this little green grasshopper. He lives on a table beneath a window that receives very sporadic light. It's always a delight when the sun finds him resting there.:)Easy enough for our 6/7 year old to assemble independently.

It looks cute, but it did not work! I don't know what I did wrong. It seems like it was put together correctly, but we tried it out in the sun and it did not move. It was over 100 degrees outside so I think there was enough sun. Bummer! I am going to try it again with the antenna pointed more backwards to see if this was the problem. Limited directions made it difficult to problem-solve.
