AntWorks includes a container with a special gel formulation, magnifying glass, 20 page booklet detailing fascinating ant facts and a special 'extreme magnification lens' with which you can even see hairs on the ants! Recommended for children ages 7 and up.

Live ants are not shipped with this product! You'll receive an order form to send away for your ants. Shipping of the ants is $3.50 ($5.00 for Canada). Just make sure their new home is ready when they arrive.

• Can I use ants from my backyard?
  Yes, but we've found that the carpenter ants that you order with your certificate work much better in the habitat.
• Do they need other food?
  No.  The gel is there food.  Lucky them, they don’t have to do any cooking.
• How long will they live? 
  The typical lifespan of an ant is about 3 months.
• Can I release them?
  Yes, they will do fine on their own in the big, big world.
