Mini Black Light

Use this Mini Black Light key chain for a cool light show!

Experiment with your Mini Black Light key chain for a personal fluorescent show! "Black Light" is really ultra-violet light, which is naturally present as a component in sunlight. Ultra-violet wavelengths are very short with a very high frequency, and can be used to detect florescent material that would remain invisible under normal conditions. When you shine ultra-violet light on fluorescent material, it lights up with a beautiful bluish-green luminescence. Great for science experiments with using different lengths of light waves, or as an interesting addition to your next science fair project. Try using the black light with our special Invisible Writer (WINV-100) and leave secret messages that can only be revealed with your Mini Black Light! Recommended for children ages 6 and up.

This light is so tiny, but I guess that is to be expected, since it is a light for a keychain.

The light itself is strong, but I'm not sure how long it lasts (I purchased a stronger, bigger light as soon as I received this one), but at first glance, it looks like a good product.

Awesome!

We gave these out at our son's Mad Scientist party. They boys used them on the atomic slime and the atomic worms. We also made lava lamps and added more atomic solution to make it glow. The boys loved using them.

i carry this blacklight on my car keychain to show off my UV tattoo. it is so small but it works great. it hasn't broken and the light hasn't gone out, if you need a mini black light this is the best product to get.
