“I just wanted to drop a line to the customer service center to tell them what a fabulous job they are doing. I had called your order line 3 times in the past 2 days to place an order. It took me 3 calls because I was changing shipping addresses and amounts and I was even upsold (in a positive way). Each time I spoke to someone they were always friendly and patient and helpful. I finally spoke with Harmony, who helped me get the U.V. beads I needed but they were on back-order and wouldn’t be at depot in time. She later saw that the beads were going to be in depot earlier, so she changed the order from 2 day delivery to 3 day delivery, and credited my account the difference. WOW. I was a customer service branch manager for 5 years, and have worked with “Help Desks” in the banking industry for about 13 years… so I know customer service. I have never had customer service go above and beyond like the folks at Steve Spangler did for me. Way to go, and thanks."

“I just wanted to let you know that an experiment I got on tye dying with permanent markers saved my beige carpet. I am a second grade teacher and I just started receiving your emails this year...I was home this past weekend...painting my toenails (after a very loooonng winter) and I accidentally spilled some pink nail polish on my beige carpet!!! I was frantic. I tried some nail polish remover, but I didn't have much of it (and it was already tinted) it was in one of those nail polish removing tubs...and I didn't have much luck. Then I remembered the tie dye experiment with markers. I thought if the rubbing alcohol could dissipate the permanent markers, it might work for the nail polish... and TA DA...it worked!! You can't even tell there was a spill. Thank you so much!"

"Thanks so much for the Boo Bubbles idea! My husband made the dry ice cloud generator and I picked up some dry ice and the extreme bubble solution. We made the bubbles at our Halloween party today at St. Mary's Academy and the crowd went wild! Of course, everyone (even the adults) had to try to catch some of the bubbles both with their hands and with gloves. It was sensational! Thanks so much for sharing your great ideas with teachers!"
