I bought this as a gift for my 12-year-old daughter. As she works (with the lights on and off) to build each activity, she calls me over to show me each thing she builds to show me lights flickering and dancing. It will even hook up to her iPod for a color light show. This is a great way to engage tweens using their technology but keeps them busy building and having fun outside of just staring at a screen. One thing – the speaker is very quiet but that just made all of us hush to hear what was going on.
