The only thing bigger than this man's brain is his heart. I have experienced the benefit of his tireless public service as he gives of his time and resources to kids in our schools. And I have never seen him refuse a request to help a school, some kids or needy folks in the community. First I want to thank you so much for the seminars you hold for teachers.  We lived in North Texas for a couple of years before moving to Colorado and my (now) 7th grade son had the good fortune to have as his science teacher a woman who loves science almost as much as Steve.  Whereas my son was a marginal science student this teacher with her "Steve Spangler" degree combined with her love for science instilled in my son the same love for the subject!  My son at the dinner table continues to educate us on science due to science being "his very favorite subject EVER" his words not mine.  Which now brings me to my question and reason for writing.  Is there ever going to be say a science camp in Colorado for students?

”I just wanted to say thanks again for another memorable conference! I had 2 ASL interpreters provided for me (thank you again!!) so I could follow the conference. Little did I know that both of them would get so wrapped up in what was going on that they would forget to translate for me!! I did warn them beforehand that it’s an amazing experience and I think they left fully satisfied that I was right along with 2 bags of goodies that they bought! :o) So it doesn’t matter what your background is, I think it’s a wonderful conference that benefits anyone and everyone will be amazed and not only what you can do but also at how wonderfully down to earth Steve is and how generous the staff can be. ”Hello, I just wanted to say that I attended the Science Boot Camp in Tampa and it was fantastic. I have been to many workshops over the years and have been disappointed in some of them. This training was a lot of fun and gave valuable ideas that I can use in my classroom immediately. Steve as well as the people assisting him were very personable, friendly and helpful. I can't wait to start using these demonstrations for investigations with my Kindergarten students. The two other teachers from my school were very excited about the information as I am.
