Interest Free Payment Plan Available

A payment plan is available for anyone registering for Science in the Rockies using a credit card.  A minimum initial payment of $100 will be charged the day you signup.  Each month your credit card will be charged a minimum payment to guarantee your registration will be paid in full by our deadline of June 1, 2012.

Registration by Credit Card

Registering by credit card is a fast and easy way for you to reserve your seat at the workshop.  You will need to have your credit card number ready to complete your online registration.  Your card will be charged today and a receipt will be sent to you by email.

Registration by Check & Purchase Order

If you are paying by check, please let us know if the billing address is not the same as your school address.  If you are paying by purchase order, please fax or mail a copy of your registration with your purchase order. An invoice will be sent to the school address you provided unless otherwise noted on your purchase order.  Payment must be received by June 1, 2012.

Payment Terms

To attend the workshop we must receive payment in full by June 1, 2012.  If payment is not received by this date we can not guarantee your place at the workshop.  You will be placed on a waitlist for the event.

Refund Information

To receive a full refund, cancellation must be made 3 weeks prior to the event.  Due to planning purposes, any cancellation made after the 3 week deadline will be eligible for a 50% refund.  Workshop materials are not mailed to registrants who are unable to attend.
