I used Solid Water as part of a Science Magic program at the library. It was pretty spectacular as I poured the water in a cup that had a small amount of the polymer in the bottom. I then attempted to pour the water on the head of one of the kids. As expected no water came out. I then added salt to the cup and was then able to pour the water out. Great science/magic trick!
