This toy/demonstration works perfectly and is extremely engaging. However, be careful not to let little hands shake this or the denser liquid (whatever substance they are using) will stick to the sides and disrupt the flow of the little droplets back down and it no longer works properly. I have kept mine for two years after the "shake occurrence" and the little stuck blobs have yet to free themselves. I guess I will just have to buy another one and guard it better.
