Giant Growing Shark
Item #: WSHA-500

Maybe it’s not so safe to go back in the water. Just unleash this giant growing shark and you’ll end up with a creature up to 48 cm (19 in) long! Beware the bathtub or water table, you never know where this guy might be lurking. You won’t believe that this approximately 10 cm (4 in) shark will grow into a huge beast. Recommended for children ages 4 and up.

What's included?

  • 1 Giant Growing Shark available in two assorted colors

How does it work?

Just submerse the giant growing shark in warm water and watch as he grows into a giant creature. The process may take quite a few days, but the results are worth the wait. The shark can also be taken out of the water and allowed to shrink back to his original size.

Product FAQ

  • Why did it fall apart?
If your water is too hot, it will cause the creatures to disintegrate. While warm water works best, make sure that it isn't too hot.
  • Why does it have a hole in its belly?
The hole is to let water into the creature, since it is hollow, and allows all sides of the polymer to grow evenly.
  • How long will it last?
As long as the creatures are handled carefully, they will last for a long time. Since you are able to take it out of the water and have it evaporate, you will be able to regrow it numerous times.
  • Why is it “leaking” polymer?
The skin is packed so tight that some excess tends to leak off.
  • How long does it take to grow to its full size?
About a week and a half to two weeks. It makes the perfect activity to measure every day to see how much it has grown over one day.
  • Is it reusable?
Absolutely. Take the creature out of the water and, depending on how humid your climate is, it should take about 3 weeks to a month to shrink to its original size.
