It's a live frog habitat called Planet Frog! Watch as a live tadpole transforms into a frog in this realistic pond habitat. Your frog will be living in style with a hideaway cave, a rock slide and plenty of place to play hide and seek. The habitat also has a vented, see-through lid for safe and easy viewing. Don't worry about the little frog escaping... the habitat is break resistant and escape proof (unless your frog is named The Great Houdini Escape Frog). The kit includes a mail-in coupon for a live tadpole to be sent directly to your home. Recommended for children ages 6 and up.

Please note: Your critter will be shipped live, so if the weather is extremely hot or cold, tadpole delivery may be delayed.

Your live tadpole is not shipped with this product! You'll receive an online redemption code with which to order your tadpole. Shipping of the tadpole is $6.99. Additional tadpoles are available for sale at a cost of $8.00.  Just make sure their new home is ready when they arrive.

Thank you Steve Spangler for inventing such a nice product. Out of all the products in the 2010 catalog, this product is the best. It was fun wtching the frogs grow. And the habitat is super sturdy. Thanks again for the product!

This habitat is one of the flimsiest things I've ever seen. The plastic used for Coke bottles is more sturdy than this. If a child accidentally pushed on it, it looks as though it would collapse. Very disappointed. I'm currently trying to return it and get my money back to purchase another one from a different store. It only gets one star because I couldn't give it zero.
