This is the perfect tool for teaching color mixing to young scientists. The secret lies in the design of the mixing pitcher with its three connected chambers. Fill the two side-by-side chambers with water and add a different coloring tablet to each chamber. Carefully tip the pitcher and watch your two colors spill into the front chamber, creating a third color! Includes color wheels, mixing diagram and 24 assorted color mixing tablets (red, yellow and blue). For ages 3 and up.

We used this with preschoolers in their "fluid" play area - sand & water tables, etc. Expect to use LOTS of tub tints: they want to do it over and over again to make sure that blue + yellow = green EVERY SINGLE TIME!
