Grades 3 and up.
What's included?
This refractor-style telescope features all glass optics, 60mm objective lens, 3 U.S. Standard 1.25 inch eyepieces, 2x Barlow lens, 5 x 24mm finder scope, two-element Achromatic objective lens, and deluxe telescoping tripod. How does it work?
When most people think of a telescope they think of a refractor. Unlike the reflector which is open at one end, the refractor is composed of a long, sealed tube. The light is received and focused through the objective lens and it sends it to the eyepiece for magnification. Refractors often utilize many complex lenses and produce some of the best telescopic images. This design normally gives a slightly better image of the planets and the moon. A 60mm refractor is a good starter scope.Best Sellers
