This kit allows you to build your own phone that flashes a neon light when it rings. The phone is FCC approved, and has the following features: last number redial, desk or wall mount, tone or pulse switchable, ringer with on or off switch, neon lights flash when phone rings, lighted dial keypad. The phone has a transparent blue case, so you can see all of the circuitry. Assembly is required, but batteries are not. Recommended for children ages 10 and up.
