This half-ball bounces higher than the point from which it was dropped and defies the laws of physics! Just drop it on a hard surface and it creates a bounce first to be disbelieved and scientifically proven. Great for class science experiments, especially if you have the space for lots of flying objects. Each popper has a 5.5 cm diameter (2 1/8"). Recommended for children ages 8 and up.

How does it work?

Find a floor or table with a hard surface and lots of space and a high ceiling. Press your thumbs into the center of the popper and turn it inside out. Tell your friends or students to stand back! Drop the Dropper Popper flat side down from a height of about 4 feet and it will jump 8 feet or more!

What does it teach?

Use the Dropper Popper to demonstrate potential to kinetic energy, as well as Newton's Laws of Motion.
