For a few brief seconds, it rained Diet Coke over the skies of Denver thanks to a huge group of teachers armed with Mentos and Steve Spangler's Geyser Tube toy. This summer Steve Spangler hosted 173 science teachers in Denver for his annual hands-on science workshop called Science in the Rockies. Somehow Steve convinced a large number of these teachers to leave the comfort of their hotel bed at 6:00 AM to join him for a live television segment on 9News KUSA. Even plastic ponchos couldn't keep some of these wild teachers dry.
