Shipping Guarantee

We guarantee that all qualifying products will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders placed before 1:00 pm MST during standard business days are normally shipped the same day.

Products that don't qualify for the shipping guarantee are backordered items. You can order backordered items from us with confidence because we guarantee that backordered items will be shipped within one business day from the time we receive the item at our warehouse. We receive most backordered items from our suppliers within a few days.

If shipping of an order will be delayed more than 48 hours due to a backordered product, you will be notified immediately. You will be given the option to have all in-stock products shipped with backordered items shipped at no additional charge when they are received, or you can receive a refund on the backordered items.
